Appeals from Child Support Orders

Introduction

At the time of the hearing, either party can appeal the determination of the child support obligation.

• Appeals to a Child Support Hearing Officer’s recommendation are referred to a Superior Court Judge, Family Division.
• Appeals to an order entered by a Superior Court Judge must be filed with the Appellate Division.
